my wife bought this product and found the elastic to be far too tight on our dachshunds, and was decreasing circulation to their penises causing painful swelling in the area. the wrap also bunched up in the middle. to top it off, the "absorbent insert" that is congruent with the wrap is nothing more than a panty liner, which may catch a few drops of urine, but does nothing for me and my youngest doxie who prefers to empty his entire bladder on my hardwood floors!. needless to say i wouldn't recomend buying this product for any reason.

I really like the pupsters wrap. It works very well and my dog even waits at the door to have it put back on after he has been outside. I do use female hygiene pads rather than the puppy ones as they are a little wider and work better.

I ordered 6 of the size small, thinking that they would fit my tweenie sized dachshunds (13-14 lbs) and matching the girth measurements for this size. When they arrived the elastic was so tight, even with manual stretching and re-washing. They are even snug on miniature dachshunds as small as 7 lbs. I then ordered 12 of the medium, which by the measurement charts, would have been a bit big for my tweenie sized dachshunds. Well, the size difference between the small and the medium is HUGE. And unfortunately the medium's elastic is way too loose so the dachshunds can walk out of them. Had the elastic been as tight as the size small's, they could have worked better.
